The Dunes House
Located immediately North of the Hyatt Regency, The Dunes House is for the exclusive use of Palmetto Dunes owners and guests. Go down Queens Folly Road towards the Hyatt and enter through the North board gate (you must have a decal or pass!). Take the first right and The Dunes House is straight ahead.
The Disney/P.D. Beach Park
Located between Villamare and Captain's Walk, this beach facility is for the exclusive use of P.D. owners and guests as well as Disney owners and guests. Go down Queens Folly Road towards the Hyatt Regency, enter the south board gate and proceed one block. Disney/P.D. Beach Park will be on your left.
Leamington Beach Pavilion
This beach pavilion is for the exclusive use of Leamington owners and guests. It is located at the end of South Shore Drive and is only accessible through the private guard gates of Leamington.
