Director of Customer Relations: Palmetto Dunes Resort, Greenwood Development Corp., Hilton Head Island, S.C.; February 1982 to June 1984. Responsibilities included handling resort complaints, administration of Architectural Review Board of Plametto Dunes, coordinating developer post-construction turn-over to new buyers and inventory control of unsold units, community service representative for resort, arranging multi-million dollar preparement loan committments for all new condominium projects in the resort and coordinating special promotional events.
Commercial Real Estate Agent: Century 21 - Frontier Realty, Tuscon, Arizona; November 1980 to January 1982. Self-employed commission job included working with real estate investors, commercial properties, land and lending institutions. Also worked with broker in setting up private placement limited partnerships in apartment buildings. Million dollar sales producer for 1981.
Commercial Real Estate Researcher: Henry S. Miller Company, Dallas, Texas; February 1980 to June 1980. Responsibilities include apartment building location, owner research, and filing of accumulated research information for use in commercial real estate brockerage.
Metal Building Estimator: MESCO Metal Buildings, Grapevine, Texas; September 1979 to January 1980. Responsibilities included working with general contractors on metal building cost analysis through use of computer software and architectural plans.
